November 15, 1965 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 67-65 SUBJECT : Inclusion of Regional Office No. 11, Bacolod City, in the "Pilot Projects" regarding the limited Decentralization of some Accounting and Disbursement Functions in accordance with Paragraph V of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 52-63, dated November 19, 1963 TO : All Concerned Effective immediately, Regional District No. 11 (Bacolod City) is hereby included in the "pilot projects" regarding the limited decentralization of some accounting and disbursement functions in accordance with paragraph V of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 52-63, dated November 19, 1963. Henceforth, processing, approval and payment of traveling expense and general vouchers for recurring expenses in the said regional office shall be governed by the provisions of Revenue Memorandum Orders Nos. 52-63, 53-63, 54-63 and 57-63. Strict observance of the provisions of the abovementioned revenue memorandum orders by all concerned in Regional Office No. 11 is hereby enjoined. (SGD.) MISAEL P.
