November 7, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 66-66 SUBJECT : Submission of Current Passport Size Photographs, Signatures and Initial Specimens TO : All Revenue Operations Heads, Regional Directors, Chiefs of Divisions, Regional Branch Chiefs, Chief Revenue Officers and All Others Concerned So that the Bureau of Internal Revenue will have a complete record of all its officers and employees especially as regards their photographs and signatures, it is hereby directed that every individual revenue officer and employee submit his/her passport size (2- x 2-") photograph accompanied by his/her signature and initial specimen in three (3) copies. The desired photographs, signatures and initial specimens which should be grouped by unit of organization and arranged systematically should be submitted to the Chief, Personnel Audit Division, this Bureau, not later than December 23, 1966 for consolidation and ready reference. The aforesaid consolidated list shall be updated every five (5) years by the same official. This Order which takes effect immediately revokes Revenue Memorandum Order No. 44-63, dated October 24, 1963, bearing on the same subject matter. lexlib MISAEL P.
