October 31, 1997 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 62-97 SUBJECT : Additional Code for the Registration System's Codes Table TO : All Deputy Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners, Regional Directors, Project Managers, ISU Heads, and Other Internal Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned I. Objective : In order to update the Codes Table used in the implementation of the Integrated Tax System (ITS) per RMO No. 27-97, the following value is hereby added in the Registration System's Codes Tables concerning REG_ATTACHMENT_TYPES. CODE DESCRIPTION STATUS FLAG LTFRB Franchise Certificate A II. Implementing Office The Information Systems Group shall implement the necessary program changes in the Registration System's Codes Table upon approval of this Revenue Memorandum Order. III.
