October 14, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 62-66 TO : All Revenue Operations Heads, Regional Directors, Division Chiefs, and Branch Chiefs, and Chief Revenue Officers SUBJECT : Procedures Relative to the Reporting of Policy Decisions or Major Accomplishments to the Office of the President Pursuant to the provisions of Department Order No. 54-66 which implements the directive of the President and in connection with Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 40-66, as regards the reporting of policy decisions or major accomplishments, the following procedures relative thereto are hereby prescribed for the faithful compliance of all concerned: cdt 1. Each unit or office head shall be responsible for the weekly submittal of the report on Policy decisions/major accomplishments insofar as said unit or office is involved. 2. Division chiefs shall submit said weekly report to the respective department head concerned on or before 10:00 o'clock a.m. every Friday. 3. Department heads shall submit these division Reports including the department report to the Management & Planning Department on or before 12:00 o'clock noon every Friday. 4. The Management & Planning Department shall in turn transmit the reports to the O & M Staff on or before 2:00 p.m., every Friday. 5. It shall be the responsibility of the O & M Staff to consolidate these reports and to submit the same to this Office on or before 9:00 o'clock, every Monday morning. 6. Regional directors and Chief Revenue Officers shall send the report on policy decisions or major accomplishments on or before 12:00 noon every Friday, direct to the O & M Staff, by the fastest means of communication, making sure that the same report will reach the latter unit on the same day. 7. For policy decisions/major accomplishments in the Office of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, or the Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue, it shall respectively be the responsibility of Mr. Manuel del Rosario of the Office of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue and Mr. Vicente Sanchez of the Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue to prepare said report and to submit the same to the Management & Planning Department on or before 12:00 o'clock in the afternoon, every Friday.
