September 30, 1994 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 60-94 SUBJECT : Creation of New Categories of Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATC) TO : All Collection Agents, Revenue District Officers and Other Internal Revenue Officers Concerned In order to facilitate identification and monitoring of manufacturers covered under the Value-Added Tax per E.O. 273, two additional Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATC) are hereby created: Tax on ATC 1.
