September 30, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 56-75 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring and in order to properly delineate functions, the tellers of the Receivable Accounts Division shall upon receipt of this order remit daily their collections from documentary and science stamps direct to the Philippine Veterans Bank located at the Ground Floor of the Finance Building, Manila, and not anymore to the Disbursement and Bonding Section. Each of the principal tellers as herein designated below shall be accountable for their respective collections and for the proper handing of the metering machines assigned to them. They shall be subject to auditing rules and regulations and as such they shall be bonded. Alternate tellers are likewise designated as indicated below who shall act as tellers during the absence of any of the principal tellers. Their collections are remitted in the name of the principal tellers. They shall submit monthly collection reports (BIR Form No. 12.13 and 12.01) as well as reports on remittances as required of every collection agent. The following are hereby assigned to perform as tellers in the Receivable Accounts Division: Name Designation Metering Machine Used Group I For Tax Clearance Certificate. Lolita Gamboa Principal Teller Science Stamp Machine Felisa Conejos Principal Teller Doc. Stamp Machine Andrea C. Herreria Alternate Teller Doc. & Science Stamps Machine Group III For the Application Form. Justiniana Naldoza Principal Teller Doc. & Science Stamps Machine Group IV For the acceptance of Certification Fee. Elizabeth Vallesfino Principal Teller Issues BIR Official Receipt This Order shall take effect upon receipt of this order by the tellers. EFREN I.
