August 15, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 56-66 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned Quoted hereunder is MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 60 of the Office of the President, dated July 22, 1966, "lifting the ban against speaking engagements of Department Secretaries and heads of Government Corporations" as follows: "LIFTING THE BAN AGAINST SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS OF DEPARTMENT SECRETARIES AND HEADS OF GOVERNMENT CORPORATIONS. "Memorandum Circular No. 4 dated January 3, 1966, prohibiting Department Secretaries and heads of government corporations from accepting speaking engagements during the first one hundred days of the current calendar year is hereby revoked effective immediately. cdtech "By authority of the President: "(SGD.)
