June 1, 1998 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 55-98 SUBJECT : Reports Required to be Submitted to the Internal Affairs Service TO : All Regional Directors, Revenue District Officers, Division Chiefs, Head of Revenue Data Centers and All Internal Revenue Officers Concerned I. Objectives This Revenue Memorandum Order is issued to: 1. Identify the various reports required by the Internal Affairs Service for the attainment of its goals and objectives; and 2. Eliminate the accumulation of reports not needed by the Service. II. Policy The Internal Affairs Service, having absorbed the various functions of the Performance Monitoring Service, except some functions of the Regulatory Operations Monitoring Division, requires that one (1) copy of the reports listed as per Annex A be submitted to the Service. All other reports, formerly submitted to PMS and not otherwise included in the list, shall be submitted to the appropriate Service/Division. The submission of the aforementioned reports will be necessary in the attainment of the Service's goals and objectives as well as in the development, preparation and implementation of the internal audit plan. This will also aid the Service in monitoring the performance of the concerned Services, Divisions, Regional Office, Revenue District Offices and Revenue Data Centers. III.
