December 27, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 55-76 As an amendment to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 36-76, Mr. Ricardo J. Mateo, Assistant Revenue Service Chief (Inspection), in representation of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, is hereby designated Chairman of the Committee to supervise the printing of specialized accountable forms in the Government Printing Office, vice Mr. Jose R. de Guzman, effective on January 3, 1977. cdt All other provisions of said Order remain the same.
