August 15, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 55-66 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all internal revenue officers and others concerned, there is quoted hereunder MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 62 of the Office of the President of the Philippines, dated July 28, 1966, as follows: "DETAIL OF PERSONNEL OR AGENTS OF INVESTIGATIVE AND POLICE AGENCIES TO DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS, OFFICES OR AGENCIES OF THE GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEES. "Effective immediately, all assignments or detail for any period of time of personnel or agents of investigative and police agencies of the government, including the Armed Forces of the Philippines, to different departments, offices, agencies or instrumentalities of the government, including congressional committees, must first be coursed through the Office of the President for clearance. cdlex "By authority of the President: "(SGD.)
