September 13, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 54-66 Memorandum Order No. V-77 dated March 14, 1947 is hereby amended to read as follows: 1. A Committee is hereby created to consist of the Assistant Revenue Operations Head (Administrative Services) as chairman, and the Chiefs of the General Services Division and the Property Division, respectively, as members for the purpose of seeing that the old identification certificates of the fieldmen and other officers and employees of this Bureau which are returned to this Office for renewal are duly accounted for, listed, and burned so as to prevent the reuse thereof. The Committee is hereby required to submit to this Office from time to time a certified list of the old identification certificates burned by it. MISAEL P. VERA Commissioner of Internal Revenue
