November 18, 1988 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 53-88 SUBJECT : Amendment of RMO No. 39-83 on the Composition of the Committee on Contested Appointments Revenue Memorandum Order No. 39-83 creating the Committee on Contested Appointments is hereby amended with respect to the composition of the Committee members as follows: cd i Chairman - DCIR Eufracio D. Santos Members - Assistant Commissioner, Legal Service Assistant Commissioner, Administrative Service Assistant Commissioner who has jurisdictional supervision over the office where the vacancy is located.
