October 22, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 53-74 Pursuant to the provisions of Letter of Instructions No. 204, dated July 24, 1974, and the exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, Mr. GABRIEL S. LAZARO is hereby designated as Acting Revenue Examiner in Revenue District No. 11 , Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya. As Acting Revenue Examiner, he is authorized to conduct investigations in the said revenue district. This Order takes effect immediately and the designation shall continue to be in force and in effect while he is assigned in Revenue District No. 11. MISAEL P.
