Attachment of BIR Form No. 19.51 (Fieldman's Monthly Report) with the Traveling Expense Voucher

October 30, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 51-68 SUBJECT : Attachment of BIR Form No . 19 . 51 (Fieldman's Monthly Report) with the Traveling Expense Voucher To provide a valid basis for controlling and approving claims of fieldmen for the reimbursement of traveling expenses as authorized under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 45-64, BIR Form No. 19.51 (Fieldman's Report) shall be attached to the Traveling Expense Voucher to support the claim. Form 19.51 should be duly signed by the claimant and approved by his supervisor. This will facilitate the processing of the vouchers and will preclude questions in post audit on the action taken on the voucher.
