November 15, 2022 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 51-2022 SUBJECT : Assumption to Duty of Romeo D. Lumagui, Jr. as Commissioner of Internal Revenue TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Personnel and Others Concerned In view of my assumption of the duties of Commissioner of Internal Revenue effective on November 15, 2022, all documents and correspondences prepared for the signature of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, pursuant to the provisions of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75 dated November 28, 1975 and other subsequent Orders, shall be prepared in the following manner: ROMEO D.
