July 12, 1994 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 50-94 SUBJECT : Certificate of Urgency Re: Travel Abroad TO : Assistant Commissioners Revenue Regional Directors and Others Concerned Pursuant to the letter dated April 4, 1994 of the Secretary of Finance, a Certificate of Urgency is no longer required to support an application for travel abroad unless it is on official travel. casia This Order takes effect immediately.
