November 22, 1988 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 50-88 SUBJECT : Changing the Color of the VAT Registration No. Sticker TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In view of the inability of the printer to come up with the required yellow stickers for reasons already accepted by the Bureau and to avoid delay in the schedule set for the distribution and issuance of the VAT Registration No. Stickers to all VAT registered taxpayers, there is hereby prescribed instead, a VAT Registration No. Sticker in orange color. Repealing Clause: This Order amends portion II.1. of RMO No. 49-88 dated November 16, 1988. Effectivity Clause: This RMO takes effect immediately upon approval. EUFRACIO D. SANTOS Deputy Commissioner
