June 3, 1994 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 49-94 SUBJECT : Delegation of Authority to the Regional Directors to Transfer Collection Agents Within Their Areas of Jurisdiction TO : All Regional Directors and All Others Concerned Pending approval of guidelines on transfer, reassignment and rotation, authority is hereby delegated to the Regional Directors to transfer Revenue Collection Agents and Revenue Collection Assistants within their areas of jurisdiction. All Travel Assignment Orders issued in accordance with this Memorandum shall be forwarded to the Personnel Division for notation so that assignment of Revenue personnel can be controlled. cdt The exercise of the authority herein delegated shall in all cases be subject to the National policies which are now existing or may be promulgated.
