Creation of a Committee to Supervise the Printing of Specialized Accountable Forms

September 30, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 49-77 In connection with the printing of new Residence Certificates and other accountable forms that may from time to time be requisitioned by this Bureau with the NEDA-APO Production Unit, Inc., which has been authorized to execute printing work for the government under LOI-No. 197, there is hereby created a Committee to supervise the printing of specialized accountable forms thereat. The said Committee will discharge the same functions as the Committee assigned at the Government Printing Office as authorized under Commission on Audit Circular No. 76-35 dated July 6, 1976. cdta The members of the Committee are as follows: 1. Atty. Claudio Agustin Chairman 2. Mr. Benigno Cristobal Member 3. One representative from the NEDA-APO Production Unit, Inc. The above-named members of the Committee is also charged with the duty to witness the disposal of Residence Certificates erroneously printed by the NEDA-APO Production Unit, Inc., pursuant to the provisions of Section 63 of the National Accounting and Auditing Manual. cd EFREN I.
