October 17, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 48-74 Pursuant to the provisions of Letter of Instructions No. 204, dated July 24, 1974, and the exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, Mr. DIMAKALING MOKAMAD, Cash Clerk, Office of the Revenue Collection Agent, Cotabato City, is hereby designated as Acting Revenue Inspector in Revenue Region No. 19, Cotabato City. cdt This Order takes effect immediately and the designation shall continue to be in force and in effect while he is assigned in Revenue Region No. 19, Cotabato City.
