November 24, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 47-76 Section 21 of P.D. 985 dated August 22, 1976 requires that each agency covered by the Compensation and Classification System shall submit to the Office of Compensation and Position Classification all documents, data and information necessary in placing positions in their appropriate classes and grade. In order to comply with this requirement, there is hereby created directly under the Screening Committee a working staff to be composed of the following: Fidel S. Baares Head Rizalina V. Licopit Asst. Head Virginia Batac Member Violeta Adversario Member Trinidad Macaisa Member Judith Contreras Member Nelia Marasigan Member Estelita Datu Member Ma. Teresita R. Peralta Member Ester Mendoza Member Amelita Ignacio Member Erlinda Cruz Member The working staff shall prepare for the Screening Committee the documents, data and information that are to be submitted to the OCPC which shall include the following: 1. Position description of all classes of positions in the BIR. 2. Determine which classes of positions can be combined into one as their functions are very closely related. 3. Determine which classes of positions are no longer necessary in the BIR. 4. Determine what positions are necessary but are still not authorized in the budget of the BIR. 5. Prepare organization, position and functional charts and other documents that may be requested by the OCPC. 6. Perform other related functions necessary for the compliance of P.D. 985. The Chairman, Screening Committee shall designate the place or office space where the working staff shall perform its functions. This Order takes effect immediately. EFREN I.
