October 3, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 47-68 SUBJECT : Verification of Data in Official Receipts Issued in the Greater Manila Area In view of the need to relieve the Data Processing Center of functions which are extraneous to automatic data processing or which may be done by other units of organization of the Bureau without dislocating essential services, all division chiefs and head of other units concerned are hereby instructed to direct to the Fiscal Audit Division all request for verification of Official Receipts issue in the Greater Manila area. The Fiscal Audit Division is instructed to undertake the verification of such official receipts. The monthly consolidated overall list of Official Receipts issued in the Greater Manila being furnished the Division shall be the basis for verification. The Data Processing Center shall no longer undertake such verifications; any request now pending in the Data Processing Center shall be referred to the Fiscal Audit Division. aisadc This Order takes effect immediately.
