September 29, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 46-77 SUBJECT : Amending Section D of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 43-77 re Delegation of Authority to Sign Purchase or Job Orders TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned 1. Section D of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 43-77 is hereby amended to read as follows: "D. In case of absence or incapacity of the Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue, papers delegated to him for signature re purchases or procurement of materials, spare parts and printing of forms, job orders for repair of equipment, and purchases of equipment shall be prepared for the signature of Assistant Commissioner Bernardo D. Carpio, provided that the latter shall cause to be conducted a separate and independent canvass of the prices of the items to be purchased or the costs of the jobs to be ordered." 2.
