September 13, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 45-74 Pursuant to the provisions of Letter of Instructions No. 204, and the exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, MR. MILLARDO M. MANSEQUIAO, Administrative Branch, Rev. Region No. 17, Cagayan de Oro City, is hereby designated Acting Asst. Regional Accountant of Rev. Region No. 17, Cagayan de Oro City. cdt This Order takes effect immediately and the designation shall continue to be in force and in effect while he is assigned thereat. MISAEL P.
