July 22, 1970 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 45-70 SUBJECT : Amendment to Paragraph 7, Part II of Revenue Memorandum Order No . 64-65, Dated October 25, 1965 In view of Executive Order No. 206 authorizing the payment of most taxes through commercial banks as implemented by Department Order No. 21-70, dated March 17, 1970 and Revenue Memorandum Order No. 19-70, dated April 1, 1970 thereby decreasing the work load of collection agents in the receipt and accounting of collections and in the issuance of official receipts for monies collected, Paragraph 7, Part II of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 64-65, dated October 25, 1965 is hereby amended to read as follows: "The Revenue Collection Agents for Pasay City, Caloocan City, and the municipality of Makati shall accomplish Form 12.31 at the end of every collection month which is the 25th day of a given month (except in June when the collection period extends to and includes the 30th day of the month) for submission as provided in existing orders". cdt Originals of all official receipts issued during the collection month shall still continue to be submitted to the Data Processing Center for the usual processing.
