October 21, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 44-76 SUBJECT : Amending Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75, as amended by Revenue Memorandum Order No. 11-76, designating the officials authorized to sign correspondence and papers in the Bureau of Internal Revenue and defining the flow of papers and correspondence TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned I. In order to expedite action on certain correspondence and papers and so as to reduce the work load in certain offices especially of matters which are voluminous yet routinary in nature, the following amendments to the said Memorandum Order are hereby promulgated for the guidance of all concerned: A. Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue 1. Certification of payment of estate taxes; and 2. Reports of Revenue Attaches and Revenue Representatives forwarded to the Office of the President. B. Administrative Service Chief 1. Itinerary of travel within the Philippines and the corresponding travelling expense voucher. 2. General Vouchers. II. This Order takes effect immediately. cdt EFREN I.
