September 13, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 44-74 Pursuant to the provisions of Letter of Instructions No. 204, and the exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, Mr. THOMAS T. QUE, is hereby designated as Acting Examiner in Revenue District No. 90, Jolo. As Acting Examiner he is authorized to conduct investigations in the said Revenue District. This Order takes effect immediately and the designation shall continue to be in force and in effect while he is assigned in Revenue District No. 90. MISAEL P.
