Distribution of copies of Revenue Qualifications Standard

September 12, 1968 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 44-68 SUBJECT : Distribution of copies of Revenue Qualifications Standard TO : All Department Heads, Revenue Directors and Others Concerned The Revenue Qualifications Standard has already been approved by the Commissioner of Civil Service pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 5, Series of 1963, dated February 5, 1962, and is now effective as of the date hereof. The said Revenue Qualifications Standard described the kind and amount of experience, special skills, educational qualifications and personal characteristics required to qualify for the position. It also reflects the real and essential requirements of the position. Accordingly, all positions in the classified service of the Bureau shall be subject to the Qualifications Standard mentioned therein. Bound copies of the Revenue Qualifications Standard shall be distributed to every department head, regional director and division chief for these officials to keep the same in their respective offices for ready reference and guidance of their respective subordinate employees. The adverted Revenue Qualifications Standard shall be an accountable property and shall be strictly kept by the adverted officials for official use only. Consequently, every copy thereof shall be numbered and a memorandum receipt therefor shall be issued to those concerned. It is expected and anticipated that henceforth the provisions of the Revenue Qualifications Standard shall be disseminated to all revenue employees through the department heads, regional directors and division chiefs concerned.
