October 6, 2022 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 44-2022 SUBJECT : Amending Certain Provision of RMO No. 25-2 02 2 (BIR O perationa l Key Performance Indicators for the Revenue Regions, Large Taxpayers Service and Revenue District Offices) TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Employees I. Objective This Order is issued to amend the portion of Annex A of RMO No. 25-2022 Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Revenue Regions (RRs), Large Taxpayers Service (LTS) and Revenue District Offices. II. Amendatory Provisions The third (3rd) and fourth (4th) columns in Item number 9 of Annex A of RMO No. 25-2022 Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Revenue Regions (RRs), Large Taxpayers Service (LTS) and Revenue District Offices are hereby amended as follows: No. KPI TARGET FORMULA Objective 4. Improve Assistance and Enforcement Processes 9 Oplan Kandado One (1) accomplished case* per semester per RDO *The subject establishment either: a. was approved for closure; or b. fully complied with and paid the findings contained in the 48-Hour Notice/5-Day VAT Compliance Notice. Number of accomplished cases X 100 Target for the period III. Repealing Clause All other issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby modified or repealed accordingly. IV.
