May 31, 1994 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 43-94 SUBJECT : Security control measures in the Accountable Forms Division TO : The Chief, Assistant Chief, and the Personnel of the Accountable Forms Division and Others Concerned In view of the abolition of the Fiscal Control Division under the Inspection Service and the absorption of some of its functions by the newly created Intelligence and Investigation Service under Executive Order 132, certain provision of Revenue Memorandum Order 14-77 is hereby amended, particularly paragraph B, regarding Access to the Vaults. The vaults shall be opened and closed only in the presence of three persons, namely: The Chief of the Accountable Forms Division, the Section Chief in charge of the vault, and the Head Revenue Executive Assistant, Intelligence and Investigation Service or his duly authorized representative.
