May 27, 1966 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 43-66 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned Quoted hereunder is Memorandum Circular No. 43 dated May 19, 1966, of the Honorable, the Executive Secretary, for the information, guidance and compliance of all the officers and employees of the Bureau of Internal Revenue: "REQUIRING ALL DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS AND OFFICES OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT, INCLUDING GOVERNMENT-OWNED OR CONTROLLED CORPORATIONS, AND OFFICES OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENTS TO SUBMIT, IN DUPLICATE, ALL REPLIES TO MEMORANDA, ORDERS OR LETTERS SIGNED PERSONALLY BY THE PRESIDENT. "All agencies herein named are hereby requested, whenever they receive any memorandum, order or letter signed personally by the President, to submit their replies thereto in duplicate. "One copy of the reply shall be coursed through the Office of the Executive Secretary for proper evaluation and/or action. The other copy shall be sent directly to the President.
