July 25, 1990 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 42-90 SUBJECT : Clarificatory Provision to RMO 4-88 as Amended by RMO 20-88 and RMO 4-90 TO : All Revenue Officials and Others Concerned In order to eliminate the unnecessary submission of reports of collection by the Regional and District Offices to the National Office i.e. Office of the Deputy Commissioners, Planning and Research Service and Management Information and Data Control Systems Division, all Revenue Officials and others concerned are hereby informed that the standard formats in preparing report of collections are BIR Form 1208 (Monthly Statistical Collection Report) submitted by Collection Officers to the Revenue District Office and BIR Form 1209 (Consolidated Monthly Statistical Report of Revenue Collection) submitted by the Revenue District Offices to the Statistical Analysis Division. cdt In view thereof, all orders relative to the submission of collection reports inconsistent with RMO No. 4-88 as amended by RMO No. 20-88 and further amended by RMO No. 4-90 are hereby repealed.
