August 15, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 42-77 SUBJECT : Submission of Monthly Report of Inspection of Tobacco for Export. TO : All Regional Directors, Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned (Except Revenue Region 3B, 4A & 4B) In order to facilitate the gathering of statistical data on exported tobacco, a monthly report of inspection of tobacco for export shall be accomplished in triplicate, the original and duplicate of which to be submitted to the Tobacco Inspection Division, National Office Building, Quezon City, Metro Manila, on or before the eight day of each succeeding month. cdta To insure uniformity in the report preparation and facilitate compilation of data indicated therein, enclosed is a facsimile of the herein monthly report of inspection.
