July 1, 1970 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 42-70 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, and to effectively implement the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 5203 on the service and execution of warrants of distraint and of levy, the following personnel in the Collection Branch of Revenue Region No. 7, North Manila, are hereby designated Acting Revenue Seizure Agents, in addition to their present duties as an exception to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 2-66: 1. Jose M. Aguias 2. Romeo C. Puyo This Order takes effect immediately. (SGD.) MISAEL P.
