September 16, 1988 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 41-88 SUBJECT : Installation of a Photo Gallery of All Revenue Personnel TO : All Revenue Officers and Employees OBJECTIVE: This Order formally establishes a photo gallery of all revenue personnel. The Inspection Service shall directly supervise the establishment and maintenance of the same with the view of facilitating easy identification of revenue personnel, especially in cases where any one among them is linked to any anomaly whether published or unpublished. To effectively carry out this objective, all revenue officers and employees are hereby required to submit two (2) copies of their latest passport size 2 x 2, (colored or black and white) photographs, and a copy of their latest information sheets to their immediate chief. cdt In the National Office, the Assistant Commissioners of all Services, Head Revenue Executive Assistants, Division Chiefs and Head of Special Teams, shall collate the required photographs and information sheets submitted by their subordinates and shall transmit the same to the Inspection Service not later then November 29, 1988. In the Regional Offices, the Regional Directors and their Assistants are tasked with collating the said photographs and information sheets from their personnel and shall transmit them to Inspection Service not later than December 29, 1988. To enable the Inspection Service to have an updated information on all revenue personnel, the Chief, Personnel Division, if it involves Personnel in the National Office, and the Regional Directors, if it concerns employees of the Regional Offices concerned, are directed to report to the Inspection Service movements of personnel, including deaths, transfers and hiring of new personnel. cd i The Assistant Commissioner, Inspection Service, is hereby authorized to devise ways and means to effectively implement this Order.
