December 26, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 41-73 TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees in Revenue Region Nos. 6, 7 & 8 SUBJECT : A Seminar on Martial Law and the New Society In compliance with Letter of Instructions No. 136, of His Excellency the President, a Seminar on Martial Law and the New Society will be conducted in Revenue Region Nos. 6, 7 & 8 scheduled as follows: (1) For Revenue Region No. 6 Quezon City January 3, 1974 Thursday afternoon 1st Group January 4, 1974 Friday afternoon 2nd Group (2) For Revenue Region No. 7 North Manila January 8, 1974 ) Tuesday morning 1st Group ) Tuesday afternoon 2nd Group (3) For Revenue Region No. 8 South Manila January 10, 1974 Thursday morning 1st Group January 11, 1974 Friday morning 2nd Group All revenue regional officials and employees are required to attend this seminar. Revenue officers and employees in Revenue District Nos. 32 (Cavite), 37 (Occidental Mindoro), and 38 (Palawan) are exempt from this requirement. However the revenue regional director concerned shall schedule a separate seminar in said revenue district offices. For the convenience of employees and in order not to disrupt office work, the regional director concerned is instructed to divide the participants into two groups. The first group shall attend the first seminar and the second group, the second seminar. Those who failed to attend shall be required to explain in writing why they failed to attend the seminar. cdt Revenue Regional Directors are hereby made responsible to transmit the instructions contained in this Memorandum Order to all revenue officers and employees under their respective responsibilities. For purposes of this seminar, the assistant regional director of each regional office is hereby designated as seminar coordinator. He shall be particularly responsible for checking the attendance and for submitting a brief report on this seminar to Mr. Lauro D. Abrahan, Assistant to the Commissioner, who is designated as Seminar Director. Mr. Edmundo H. Escalante, Chief, Training Division and Mr. Rodolfo T. Villanueva, Acting Asst.
