October 6, 1969 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 40-69 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, and in view of the re-districting of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and shortage of manpower, Mr. CATALINO G. CABOTAJE is hereby designated Acting Revenue Examiner in Revenue District No. 14, Urdaneta, Pangasinan to perform the duties as such for a period of sixty (60) days from date of approval. prcd This Order shall take effect immediately.
