June 1, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 40-67 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, and pursuant to Section 12 of the National Internal Revenue Code and Section 550 of the Revised Administrative Code, Mr. HERMENEGILDO CALIFORNIA, is hereby relieved of his present duties as Collection Agent of Loon, Bohol and ordered to report to the Office of the Revenue District Officer, Revenue District No. 62, Tagbilaran, Bohol as Acting Revenue Inspector for 6 months after receipt hereof. Before leaving for his new assignment, Mr. California must comply with the requirements of Field Circular No. V-25 regarding inventory of pending papers, correspondence and property responsibility in his possession. cdlex This Order shall take effect immediately upon its approval. ROMUALDEZ Secretary BUDGET COMMISSION Manila 2nd Indorsement June 21, 1967 Respectfully forwarded to the Honorable, the Executive Secretary, Manila, recommending approval, pursuant to the provisions of Administrative Order No. 42, series of 1937, of the within Revenue Memorandum Order No. 40-67, dated June 1, 1967, issued by the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, favorably recommended by the Secretary of Finance, temporarily assigning Mr. HERMENEGILDO CALIFORNIA, Collection Agent of Loon, Bohol, as Acting Revenue Inspector in Revenue District No. 62, Tagbilaran, Bohol, without additional compensation, effective upon assumption of duties, but not for more than six (6) months.
