Papers and Correspondence for Signature of Certain Officials

July 27, 1962 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 40-62 TO : All Department Heads, Division Chiefs and Other Officials and Employees Concerned In view of my official trip to Japan which would take about a week from to date, all papers and correspondence intended for the signature of the officials as provided for in Memorandum Order No. V-862 dated September 8, 1958 should, during my absence, be prepared for the signature of the Officials concerned as stated therein. Provided, however, that all such cases and matters intended for the signature of the Commissioner which are of urgent and extreme importance and which cannot be held in abeyance until my return should be prepared for the consideration and approval of the Acting Secretary of Finance.
