August 8, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 38-77 SUBJECT : Creation of a Technical Group on Data Processing TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and others concerned. In view of the retirement of some members of the Technical Group on Data Processing created under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 12-76 March 2, 1976 in relation to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 44-75 dated July 6, 1975, the following officials are hereby designated to compose the said Group: 1. Victor Deoferio, Jr. Assessment Chairman 2. Arsenio Santos Specific Tax Member 3. Themistocles Montalban Collection Member 4. Aurora Miranda Financial and Management Member 5. Remedios Caraet Data Processing Member 6. Ladislao Jimenez Investigating Divisions of the Central Office Member 7. Beethoven Rualo Direct Taxes Div. Member 8. Paz B. Suarez RR 4-A, Manila Member 9. Felicidad L. Viray RR 4-B, Quezon city Member The duties of the Technical Group are as follows: 1. To serve as the staff arm of the ADP Policy Committee in planning research work on all matters involving the ADP. 2. to inquire into the problem areas in the Data Processing Center and recommend remedial measures to the ADP Policy Committee. 3. To study and make recommendations as to how the Bureau's operations will further be improved through the use of the Data Processing Center. 4. To prepare a list of priorities of the work to be undertaken by the Data Processing Center in view of its limited capability. This Order takes effect immediately. cdta EFREN I.
