September 29, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 38-76 SUBJECT : Amendment to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 3 1-7 6 Regarding the Membership of the Committee to Supervise the Surcharging by Mimeograph Machine of Cigarette Strip Stamps TO : The Chiefs of the Accountable Forms, Manufactured Tobacco and Accounting Divisions, Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In order to make the Committee independent of any relation with the Accountable Division which is in charge of the accounting and inventory of cigarette strip stamps to be surcharged, the membership of the Committee created under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 31-76 is hereby amended as follows: cdt Chairman Lauro D. Abrahan Assistant Commissioner Vice-Chairman Revenue Service Chief (Administrative) Members Chief, Manufactured Tobacco Tax Division Chief, Accounting Division This Order supersedes Revenue Memorandum Order No. 31-76 dated August 2, 1976 insofar as the membership of the Committee is concerned. aisa dc EFREN I.
