July 9, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 38-75 SUBJECT : Code Symbols of Major Units of Organization in the National Office and Regional Offices TO : All Revenue Service Chiefs, Regional Directors, Division Chiefs, Branch Chiefs and Others Concerned In connection with the implementation of the Recognized set-up of the Bureau of Internal Revenue pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 640, the code symbols prescribed under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 3-67 dated January 31, 1969 is hereby amended as follows: I. Any paper sent for action shall not be processed or filed without the organization code symbol; it shall be returned to the office of origin for the affixture of the code symbol. cdt This Order revokes Revenue Memorandum Order No. 3-67 and Revenue Memorandum Order No. 4-71 and shall take effect beginning August 1, 1975.
