November 08, 1995 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 37-95 SUBJECT : Amendment to RMO 28-95 Extending the Period of Moratorium on Inventory Verification up to December 31, 1995 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers Concerned In view of the extensive damage to properties and records caused by recent calamities, the deadline set for the moratorium on inventory verification under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 28-95, which is November 20, 1995, is further extended up to December 31, 1995 to give enough time for taxpayer affected to reconstruct and/or reconcile their records. Accordingly, taxpayers may still submit a Letter of Intent to File a list of Additional Inventory up to the said period. This order shall take effect immediately.
