Creation of an Automotive Inter-Agency Technical Committee

July 27, 1989 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 37-89 Subject : Creation of an Automotive Inter-Agency Technical Committee Pursuant to Section 7 of the Tax Code, as amended, in order to determine the liability of the importers, manufacturers/assemblers of the different classes of utility vehicles for any internal revenue tax, an Automotive Inter-Agency Technical Committee (AITC) is hereby created with the following members from the Government Agencies and automotive sectoral groups concerned, viz: cd Name Designation Agency/Sector 1.
