October 4, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 37-76 TO : All Revenue Officials Concerned SUBJECT : Convocation on the Referendum Issues In support of the policy of the President calling for a wider discussion of the referendum issues to ensure maximum participation of the citizenry, and in order that revenue officials can actively participate along this line in their respective barangay units, the following revenue officials are hereby instructed to attend a convocation for this purpose, which shall be held at the GSIS Auditorium on Arroceros St., Manila, on October 8, 1976 from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.: 1. All section chiefs; 2. All chiefs and assistant division chiefs; 3. All officials in the Performance Control Division except clerical employees; 4. All revenue service chiefs and assistant service chiefs; 5. All revenue district officers (except those in Cavite, Romblon and Palawan), assistant branch chiefs, branch chiefs, assistant revenue regional directors, and revenue regional directors in Revenue Region Nos. 4A and 4B.
