November 21, 1996 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 36-96 SUBJECT : Payment of VAT for October 1996 TO : All internal Revenue officers and Others Concerned Whereas Presidential Proclamation No. 919 declares the period November 22 to 23 and 25 to 26, 1996 as a special non-working holiday in the National Capital Region and Olongapo City, the requirement for the payment of VAT for the month of October 1996 within twenty five (25) days after the end of the month pursuant to Section 4.110-1 (B) of the Revenue Regulations No. 7-95 dated December 9, 1995, shall continue to apply in view of the exemption of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and banking institutions from the said holidays.
