October 1, 1986 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 36-86 SUBJECT : Amendment of RMO No. 39-83 on the Composition of the Committee on Contested Appointments Revenue Memorandum Order No. 39-83 creating the Committee on Contested Appointments is hereby amended with respect to the composition of the Committee members as follows: Chairman Asst. Comm. Eufracio D. Santos Members Revenue Service Chief (Legal Office) Revenue Service Chief (Pers. & Adm.
