Designating Members of the Committee on the Printing of Specialized Accountable Forms

September 30, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 36-76 Pursuant to the provisions of Commission on Audit Circular No. 76-35 in relation to Section 1646 of the Revised Administrative Code regarding the printing of specialized accountable forms for the use of the bureau, there is hereby created a Committee to supervise the printing of specialized accountable forms in the Government Printing Office. The members of the Committee are as follows: 1. Jose De Guzman Chairman Assistant Revenue Service Chief (Inspection Service) 2. Jose Resurrection Member Chief, Accounting Div. 3. The Chief of the Division of the Printing, Bindery or Photo Engraving of the Government Printing Office Mr. de Guzman shall be the representative of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue who has been designated in the Circular as Head of the said Committee. The procedures to be followed by the Committee in the printing of specialized accountable forms shall be in accordance with the procedures outlined in Commission on Audit Circular No. 76-35 dated July 6, 1976.
