August 13, 1974 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 36-74 Pursuant to the provisions of Letter of Instructions No. 204, and the exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, Miss LUZ B. ESPIRITU, Senior Clerk, is hereby designated as Acting Examiner in the Office Audit Section, Assessment Branch, Revenue Region No. 5, Valenzuela, Bulacan. As Acting Examiner she is authorized to conduct office audit investigation in the Assessment Branch of income tax returns allocated for office audit. This designation shall be in addition to her regular duties in the Assessment Branch and that the investigation shall be conducted only within the Office Audit Section. cd This order takes effect immediately and the designation shall continue to be in force and in effect while she is assigned in the Office Audit Section, Assessment Branch of Revenue Region No. 5, Valenzuela, Bulacan.
