April 25, 1994 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 35-94 SUBJECT : Amending Certain Portions of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 27-92 on Processing of the NPCS Evaluation Report TO : Assistant Commissioners, Information Systems Operation Service and Collection Service; all Revenue District Officers and Others Concerned In order to properly delineate responsibilities and functions where these should belong consistent with the Bureau's policies, RMO No. 27-92 is hereby revised as follows: The original copies of the evaluation reports being prepared by the Revenue District Offices and the Information Systems Operation Service (ISOS) formerly Computer and Information Systems Service shall no longer be submitted to Management Division. Instead, said reports shall be submitted to Collection Service not later than the 5th day after the end of each month. Hence, said Service shall now be responsible in preparing the Progress Report on the Evaluation of NPCS (Annex C of RMO 27-92), for submission to the NPCS Committee within fifteen (15) days from the end of the month covered. aisa dc Furthermore, the Assistant Commissioners, Collection Service and ISOS shall coordinate in the review of the format of the reports being submitted and evaluated with the objective of improving its utility.
